Short Description
Online CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Course starting on the 19th of February 2022
It consists of 30 to 36 hours of training (24 hours of live presentations, workshops and discussions and up to 12 hours of engagement in independent learning activities and online resources).
It will be spread over 2 weeks and 3 weekends offering you time for experimentation, feedback and reflection upon practice.

10:30 – 12:30 Presentation and discussions on Role of the adult & freedom not licence
12:30 – 13:00 Q&A
Sunday 20th February
10:00 – 11:30 Presentation and discussions on Success & failure, expectations & individuality (Part A)
11:30 – 12:40 Workshop 1 (Self-reflection)
12:40 – 12.55 Break
12:55 – 13:25 Presentation and discussions on Success & failure, expectations & individuality (Part B)
13:25 – 14.35 Workshop 2 (Reflection on practice)
Monday 21th – Friday 25th February
Up to 6 hours of engagement with online activities and resources helping you reflect on your practice (optional)
Saturday 26th February
10:00 – 12:00 Open discussions, feedback on practitioners work so far and Q&A
Sunday 27th February
10:00 – 11:30 Presentation and discussions on Responsibility & independence, relationships & sincerity (Part A)
11:30 – 12:40 Workshop 1 (Self-reflection)
12:40 – 12.55 Break
12:55 – 13:25 Presentation and discussions on Responsibility & independence, Relationships & sincerity (Part B)
13:25 – 14.35 Workshop 2 (Reflection on practice)
Monday 28th – Thursday 3rd March
Up to 6 hours of engagement with online activities and resources helping you reflect on your practice (optional)
Friday 4th March
19:00 – 21:00 Open discussions, feedback on practitioners work so far and Q&A
Saturday 5th March
10:00 – 11:00 Presentation and discussions on implementing democratic practices, freedom of choice & individualised learning (workshops might include meeting process, conflict resolution, flexible curriculum, free-play, risk-taking)

Sunday 6th March
