- A.S.Neill Summerhill CIC is a community interest company (CIC) introduced by the United Kingdom government in 2005 under the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, designed for social enterprises that want to use their profits and assets for the public good.

2. What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you place an order, sign up to our mailing list, respond to a survey, register for an event or when you fill out any form asking for personal information.

- We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
- After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

- When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
