James Coulter

James has a broad history of working within education including state and independent schools, sixth form colleges, home education as well as Summerhill School as a science and mathematics teacher.

He was also a director of a non-profit organisation providing grassroots community work with disengaged school children.

He has extensive experience of mentoring, life and career coaching, counselling, care work, team building and strategies of breaking down barriers to learning and personal development through working directly with looked after children, those struggling with mainstream education as well as with children and young adults with disabilities, mental health issues and at risk of being NEETS.

All the above were achieved through various positions in mental health hospitals, pupil referral units, non-profit organisations and charities and in contracted positions from the local government.

James also provided adult education as a contracted lecturer at the University of Lincoln and has published a number of scientific research papers.
